The “Rosarot” holiday apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor behind the entrance area is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. Next to it is the living room with a beautiful dining table and a comfortable couch and television. A staircase takes you to the first floor. There is the modern bathroom, a large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds.
You are welcome to use the garden to the South, where you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, or the breakfast area to the East in front of the threshing floor.
The apartment is designed for four people, but can be booked together with the "Apfelgrün" apartment, then there is space for eight people with a direct connecting door.
For historical reasons, the room height on the upper floor is only two meters. 
Bedding and towels are included.
Free WiFi is available in the entire house.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the house.
You will receive a resident parking permit with which you can park freely in the area.
